COVERAGE AT A GLANCE
Coverage measured October 16, 2026. These are unscaled source-record totals and distinct nonblank contact values within the dentist dataset. The measurement date does not mean every record was verified on that date. Compare your selected segment in Prospector before ordering.
These percentages use records containing the field, not distinct contact values. Multiple dentists may share a phone or fax number, so record coverage is higher than the distinct-number count.

A professional record represents a person’s source record, rather than a count of unique dental practices. Email presence identifies a stored address; deliverability is a separate measure. ZIP selection matches postal-code data rather than a distance or radius.
NPI and license fields support record matching; current licensure and board certification require separate checks. Export column names can vary with the source fields available in your selected audience.
The homepage, state catalogue and specialty catalogue share one dated coverage snapshot. Prospector uses the same aggregate definitions for current queries. Counts do not establish deliverability, ownership of a number, or permission to contact a person.
The 50 states and District of Columbia contain 289,269 records. Another 1,339 records fall outside that catalogue: 1,171 have no state value and 168 use territory codes. This explains the difference between the national record total and the state catalogue.
Lists can overlap. Adding their totals does not establish a count of unique people. “Not available” means the count was not supplied; zero means the supplied count is zero.
Published counts and current Prospector results can differ as data changes. For questions about a segment, its source, or its last verification date, contact our team.
