These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of DentistExpand website, data products, and related services.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
DentistExpand provides business-oriented data tools and dentist contact datasets for lawful B2B prospecting and outreach workflows.
Service features may evolve over time, including updates to data fields, filtering capabilities, and platform interfaces.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, securing credentials, and limiting access to authorized personnel.
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to update it when changes occur.
Purchased data is licensed, not sold. The license grants internal business use for your organization’s lawful marketing, sales, and research activities.
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you may not resell, publish, sublicense, redistribute, or create a competing dataset from delivered records.
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Automated scraping, credential sharing, unauthorized API use, or reverse-engineering of protected systems is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for campaign execution and legal compliance, including CAN-SPAM and other applicable privacy and communications laws.
You must honor suppression requests, maintain unsubscribe functionality, and avoid misleading or deceptive messaging practices.
Data quality metrics, verification indicators, and deliverability references are directional performance measures, not absolute guarantees.
Outreach results vary based on sender infrastructure, content quality, segmentation strategy, and recipient-side filtering.
Pricing, lead counts, and package availability are displayed at purchase flow entry points and may be updated from time to time.
All payments are due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise billing arrangements.
Refund and replacement handling is governed by our published Refund Policy, including evidence standards, eligibility windows, and proportional remediation rules.
Where applicable, validated claims may be resolved through replacement records or proportional refunds for confirmed invalid portions.
All platform content, branding, interface elements, and proprietary workflows are owned by DentistExpand or its licensors.
No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly described in these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, payment is disputed in bad faith, or platform security is at risk.
Termination does not remove obligations that by nature survive, including payment, compliance, confidentiality, and legal-use restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentistExpand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Aggregate liability related to a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order or service giving rise to that claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DentistExpand harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use, non-compliant outreach, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable contract law principles in the designated service jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Parties should attempt good-faith resolution before formal dispute action.
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational updates. Revised terms become effective when posted with an updated date.
